Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and olives in a large bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently.
Top with feta cheese — do not mix in, leave on top.
Sprinkle with extra dried oregano and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.
