For 4 servings
Halve and pit avocados. Scoop flesh into a bowl.
Add lime juice and salt. Mash with a fork to desired consistency โ some chunks are good.
Fold in red onion, jalapeรฑo, tomato, cilantro, and garlic.
Taste and adjust seasoning โ add more lime juice or salt as needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or press plastic wrap directly onto surface to prevent browning.
