For 4 servings

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small jalapeรฑo, seeded and minced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced and seeded
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Halve and pit avocados. Scoop flesh into a bowl.

    Add lime juice and salt. Mash with a fork to desired consistency โ€” some chunks are good.
